I decided to write about my mental illness struggles, my therapy journey, medication regimens, and other issues and concerns that pop up while living life with a severe mental illness. I have schizoaffective disorder, bipolar type, anxiety, PTSD, dissociative amnesia, hypothyroidism, severe osteoarthritis in all major joints and I’m legally blind in my left eye. Mental illness complicates life, I just write about it.
